Head – Plant and Supply Chain
Ray Rodrigo serves as the Head of Plant and Supply Chain, where he holds the responsibility of supervising the entire supply chain process, spanning from procurement to delivery. This role encompasses vendor relationship management, production and distribution scheduling, demand forecasting, and the maintenance of inventory levels. In addition to this, he is in charge of devising cost-saving strategies and streamlining operations. Ray also collaborates with various departments to meet their specific supply chain requirements, including implementing dual sourcing, conducting GMP audits of suppliers, adhering to governance practices, upholding high EHS standards, and reconfiguring the production planning and S&OP process.
