Heathrow Airport – Upgrading Existing Assets of Terminal 3 and 5
Heathrow spends £400m to upgrade existing assets. Managing the entire Q6 workload for Mace for Terminals 3 and 5. Involved in high-level strategic planning for the 5 years period. Reviewing pre-construction programs & once the work package is in the contract reviews the detailed construction schedule before submitting it to the client. Quality & assurance checks of all monthly submitted schedules and forecast reports as per HAL and Mace standards for the entire Mace aviation projects. Detail construction planning for some of the high-profile projects included Terminal 3 replacement of 11 airbridges, New UKBF E-Gates, replacement of over 60 number Lifts and Paxcons around T3 and T5. New Hotel in T3 (fit out), Terminal Building, and various luxury brand fit out (LV, Channel, Tiffany) projects in both Terminals in Heathrow.
