Scheduler/ Programmer during the design phase of the schemes to manage transport locally around the Olympic Venues. The role involved defining with the team leaders and the project management team, the processes required to complete the designs, defining the durations for the tasks, monitoring the progress, and managing program change during the delivery of the schemes.
