Create a detailed tender programme from the project brief and drawings based on Crossrail standards and regulations. Liaise with the main contractor to get an ‘accepted programme’ so that the ongoing working programme can be measured against. Converted the tender programme into a construction programme and identify & recorded compensation events into the programme.
