Transport for London – Station Works Improvement Programme
Responsible for the station upgrades projects – mainly on the station civil works – bridges, platforms, stairs, and depots. Tasks include daily plan updates for the daily work shifts and producing weekly 2-week lookahead. Monitor the period cost estimate and the COWD. Review and score contractors’ tenders and periodically submit programmes. Ensure the contractors’ submitted programme complies with LUL standard programme.
