Yorkshire Waters – Spen Valley Water Project
Working with Carillion on a joint venture with Molt Macdonald Bentley total project worth £150 Million, a project consisting 12.5KM FFT pipeline (800mm Dia GRP & DI pipe) and 3 mega pumping stations consisting of deep shaft sinking ranging from 4.5m wide 30m, directional drilling under river Spen. The project includes constructing shafts, tunnels, various concrete supports under the pipeline, structures for the pumping station, and office blocks, As a Planner prepared & monitored construction detail schedules considering CDM regulations, communicated with the designer and the temporary works team, interaction with the client with their acceptance of the methodology of the construction activities, preparing programs of work interacting with all parties stakeholders in the project, Program dashboard creation and maintaining on a monthly cycle was part of the responsibility.
