Lawrance is a seasoned Project Manager with specialized expertise in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines, developed over a highly successful career in the construction industry. His extensive experience includes successfully delivering programs within data centers for financial institutions and airports. Notably, he played a vital role in the hyper scale tier 3 carrier-neutral data center that went live in 2012, maintaining 100% uptime since its inception. This multi-award-winning data center has seen expansion to 13 MW of I.T. power. Lawrance’s accomplishments include managing an ultra-high-pressure water mist drenching system and a data center installation featuring this advanced fire safety technology.
