Over the past 15 years, Luvrano has expanded his expertise into project and program management, encompassing diverse domains such as transportation and wastewater infrastructure, major sporting events, industrial cities, and real estate developments.
Luvrano’s professional memberships underscore his dedication to excellence, including being a Certified Project Manager® and Chartered Professional, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building, a Member of the Project Management Institute, and an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
