Micheal Abby is a seasoned Planning and Project Controls specialist, certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, primarily in Russia and the Middle East. He has a diverse sector background, including infrastructure, airport development, residential and office projects, high rises, university construction, mining and metals, and industrial construction.
Micheal’s expertise spans various critical functions such as Planning and reporting, Project Controls, and extensive work on data center projects. He excels in developing and maintaining schedules for the design, engineering, construction, and commissioning phases. He also manages progress databases, progress reporting, milestone projections, delay/float path analysis, and records delay and disruption. His proficiency extends to Earned Value Management, monitoring schedule performance, and conducting site progress verification while focusing on quality assessments.
Micheal Abby holds an MSC in Civil Engineering specializing in Construction Planning and management from the UK. He is a member of the Institute of Civil Engineering and the Association of Project Management (MAPM).
