Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project as a Site Manager and ensuring that client’s specifications and requirements are met maintaining quality control procedures and providing orientation to employees in terms of company values and culture. Setting and enforcing standards for each project site and making periodic site visits to ensure that contractors and crews are following proper safety protocols. Minimize risk, resolve violations and potential hazards, and prepare incident reports.
