NS Nordics, an international project management company, was appointed to manage planning, integration and delivery support for Telenor’s acquisition of GlobalConnect’s consumer fiber business in Norway, valued at approximately $600 million.

The transaction included around 138,000 consumer fiber broadband customers and access to roughly 450,000 households — significantly expanding Telenor’s high-speed network across Norway.

The project faced typical large-scale telecom integration challenges:
